Cutting is five dollars a cut. Custom job setup is seventy-five. Material we do not post. Steel moves week to week and a number we cannot hold is worse than no number.

$5 covers a straight, simple cut in mild steel up to 3/8" thick. Material is extra and quoted with the job. A custom job adds a $75 setup. Prices as of October 2026.

Why we quote material
We buy from O’Neal Steel, KPS Steel, Lotus Steel and Majestic Steel. Mill pricing changes, and what you pay depends on what the sheet costs the week we buy it. Posting a price we would have to walk back is not how we do business.

What’s the thickest you can cut?
Three-eighths of an inch, mild steel, on our 1500-watt fiber laser. Thicker than that we send to a bigger table and stay on it until it’s done.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. A photo of a napkin with dimensions written on it works. A DXF is faster and cheaper because we don’t have to draw it. Either way, send what you have.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Bring one piece. We’ll cut one piece.
What does it cost?
Five dollars a cut. Seventy-five for a custom job setup. Material is quoted with the job. Steel moves week to week and we won’t post a number we can’t hold.
How fast?
One piece, one day. A batch, the next day. If that won’t work, say so when you call and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What do you actually keep in stock?
Sixteen gauge steel sheet. That’s it. Everything else we pull from O’Neal, Majestic, Lotus, or KPS. Usually on the truck the next day.
Do you deliver?
Around the Nashville area, yes. Or pick it up at the counter on West Baddour.
Are you really open 24/7?
The counter hours are posted. But if you’re stuck at two in the morning, call the number. Phillipe will come open the door.

A DXF, a PDF, or a photo of a sketch with the dimensions on it. If we can cut it, you’ll have a number and a date. If we can’t, you’ll know that too.
